Fasting is NOT one size fits all
Fasting should not make you weak, stressed or drained
It should feel supportive, not like a struggle.
Adapt to your body (dosha)
shorter, softer fast
warm, grounding meals
otherwise: worry, gas, weakness
→ moderate fasting (not too long!)
cooling, balanced food
otherwise: irritation, hunger, sourness
benefits from longer intervals
lighter, more stimulating food
gives energy and lightness
Do you see?
It's not about discipline – but about understanding your body.
And most importantly…
When your digestion (Agni) is in balance:
Many say after only a few days:
“I'm not as hungry all the time”
“My stomach is calmer”
“I sleep better”
It’s not magic… it’s the body so
I finally get the right conditions
Ayurveda is not about restriction, it's about living in alignment with your body.
