Veda Management Sweden (Malmö & Online)
About Stina
Stina is the founder of Veda Management and an educator in Ayurvedic health and lifestyle. She offers training for Ayurvedic health advisors with classes held in person in Malmö, as well as the option to study online.
The training is based on classical Ayurvedic knowledge and is adapted for Swedish conditions and professionals who want to integrate Ayurveda into their work or their own lifestyle.
The education
The programme is offered at weekends in Malmö and can also be studied entirely online. The focus is on dosha theory (vata, pitta, kapha), digestion and agni, dietary and lifestyle advice, and practical consultation methodology.
The training is approved by the Swedish Association of Therapists, which allows for membership and insurance after completing your studies.
