Panchakarma doesn't start on day 1 – it starts when you choose to let go

Many believe that the cleansing starts only when you arrive at the retreat. But in fact, the real journey begins as soon as you decide what you want to let go of. What you no longer want to carry with you in your body, mind and soul.

Before your Panchakarma - ask yourself:
“What am I ready to let go of so that healing can begin?”

Here is an example of a beautiful response from a previous participant:
“Urges in my behaviour that no longer serve me - including the people I have chosen based on those urges.”

Other examples you can ponder:

  • My need to always be in control
  • Old anger trapped in the body
  • My inner critic telling me I'm not worthy of rest
  • Identifying with my pain
  • Relationships that drain instead of nourish
  • Habits that make me switch off instead of feel
Think and write down:
What are you ready to let go of before your Panchakarma begins?

Let that be your first step on the road to recovery.

Where healing begins,

and harmony returns.
