Why I'm passionate about Ayurveda & Panchakarma

My own journey with Ayurveda began long before I knew it would change my whole life. After years of searching, I found a path that not only helped my body to heal, but helped me find my way back home to myself. Today, I have undergone panchakarma every year since 2017, studied 700 hours of Ayurveda at Joyful Belly in the USA, deepened my knowledge through courses with Peter Ljungsberg at Veda Lila, and I am on the board of Ayurveda Sweden Association. Ayurveda has not only become my interest, it is part of my life, my heart, and my calling (dharma).

For me, Panchakarma is something deeply personal and, at the same time, something greater than myself. I’ve seen time and again how people find their way back to their strength, their balance, their health, and their innermost peace. To be able to follow others through that process is a privilege and a gift. It is transformation at its finest.

What drives me is precisely this:

to make people feel safe, seen and held through a journey that can change everything.

I am with you before, during and after your Panchakarma, so that you can land, let go and get the very best out of your experience, for both body and soul.

Panchakarma is not just a treatment.

It's a homecoming.

It's life, falling into place again.

And to be part of your journey is something I value incredibly highly.

From heritage to insight – my journey in natural healing

I grew up in a home where the focus was always on finding the root cause of ill health – not just masking the symptoms.

Homeopathy, reflexology, bioresonance and healing were a natural part of our everyday lives. On Sundays, Grandma and Mum would gather to give the family reflexology. My mum has been a great role model for me.

It is thanks to her that I have the fundamental outlook I have today – to always listen to my body, seek the cause behind imbalances, and believe in the body's own ability to heal. Her curiosity and open mind towards natural methods have shaped my entire perspective on health and life.

The next step in my journey was in 2017, when I encountered Ayurveda, the ancient Indian healing art.

During my first Panchakarma, I experienced a profound change, which included getting rid of burnout and chronic pain that I'd had for over 20 years following a whiplash injury (declared% 20% disabled).

Since then, Ayurveda has become both my passion and my guide in life. It has taught me to see the body as an interplay of energy, balance, and self-healing, and that every person has a unique path to well-being.

Today I also have the pleasure of collaborating with and highlighting other fantastic therapists who work with genuine and

effective methods. On my website, you'll find some of these tools and people I can highly recommend – all with their hearts in the right place and with the aim of helping others feel better, deeply.

Where healing begins,

and harmony returns.
