Sanur doesn't have sunsets, but the sunrise is incredible, which you can best see at Camera beach.

Sanur's beach is top-notch, with hardly any waves and clear water. The stretch of beach by the Hyatt Regency is excellent, and there are palm trees to cool yourself under. Unlike other parts of Bali, Sanur is perfect for cycling and jogging as the promenade is smooth, long, and pleasant. You can rent bicycles at several places along the promenade.

There's free morning yoga every morning at 7:30 am on the beach. If you go down to Jalan Pantai Karang, you'll quickly find other people who fancy yoga.

Sanur has several markets. Sindhu Night Market is for those who want to eat cheap, local street food in the evening. Sindhu Beach Market has more clothes, bags and all that tourists desire.

The boat to Lembongan or Nusa Penida takes about 30 minutes and is a perfect day trip from Sanur

ELEGANT, CENTRAL, BEACH LIFE

Things to do in Seminyak

Seminyak is more than just beach clubs and cocktails – it’s one of the few areas in Bali where you can easily fill an entire day with experiences without getting stuck in traffic or needing to travel far. Here, beach life, shopping, spas, and restaurants are combined in a chic yet relaxed atmosphere, often described as Canggu before Canggu became trendy.

In Seminyak, you can enjoy the sunset at La Plancha, book exclusive spa treatments, take a Balinese cooking class, go surfing, shop along Jalan Kayu Aya, or have a long lunch at popular restaurants like Bambu. Although many of Bali's main attractions are outside the area, Seminyak offers some of the island's best beaches, beach clubs, cafés, bars, and temples like Petitenget – perfect for both residents and day trips.

Where healing begins,

and harmony returns.
