Arrival day

Your healing journey begins with a tour of our retreat, check-in to your room and an important introductory session at 5:30 PM.

As the day turns into evening, you will experience your first restorative yoga session and participate in the communal Agnihotra purification ritual before dinner.

First consultation

On your second day, you will meet our Ayurvedic doctor for an in-depth consultation and pulse diagnosis, which will form the basis of your personalised Panchakarma programme.

Important things to consider

Panchakarma works best when certain guidelines are followed:

  • Get plenty of rest
  • to avoid bathing and swimming
  • avoid excursions
  • avoid sun and wind exposure
  • abstain from sexual activity
  • avoid stimulating activities

These recommendations ensure optimal results and prevent unwanted side effects.

Rely on your doctor's guidance – the limitations are an important part of your healing process.
